Crunchy Salmon Croquettes

ingredients
  • 2 6oz. cans of wild caught salmon
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 T chopped fresh dill
  • ½ cup 7 Spice Cauli Crunch
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 t mustard
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
preparation
  1. combine all ingredients and form into patties.
  2. air fry at 400 degrees for 11 minutes or pan fry in skillet with avocado oil over medium heat 4 minutes each side
  3. serve with your favorite tartar sauce and squeeze of lemon.
  4. Enjoy!
