12 oz. ground turkey
2 large eggs (optional)
1 ½ cups of Cauli Crunch (flavor of your choice)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves minced garlic
8 outer leaves green leaf lettuce
4 medium slices of tomato
4 medium slices of onion
Mix 2 tsp ketchup 2 tsp mayonnaise garnish, add relish to taste in Russian dressing
Heat grill, or turn the broiler on low-medium. Air Fry at 350 for 5-6 minutes on each side, combine ground turkey and chopped cilantro, onion and garlic in a bowl and use a fork to mix well.
Divide turkey mixture into 4 patties.
Dip in to (optional) egg wash.
Pour Cauli Crunch onto a plate and thoroughly coat both sides of the turkey patty.
Air fry at 350 until cooked thoroughly and coating is golden brown (10-15 minutes based on cooking method)
Wrap each patty in two lettuce leaves.
Garnish with tomato, onion, Russian dressing
