Berry Crumble Medley

For Berry Mix

  • 4 cups frozen berries
    (any combination of blueberry, raspberry, and/or strawberry)
  • 2 T flour (sub Gluten Free if needed)
  • 2 T white sugar

For Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup Cauli Crunch Original crumbs
  • 2 T flour (sub Gluten Free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  1. Prehead oven to 350 and grease a 9×9 pan.
  2. Combine ingredients for crumble topping in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Combine berries, flour and sugar in a mixing bowl and stir to coat.
  4. Pour berries into prepared pan and sprinkle crumble mix on top.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until berries are bubbling and topping is golden brown.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
