Crunchy Unfried Pickles

recipe by:

  • Equal parts almond flour and Cauli Crunch Original
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt/pepper
  • 1 egg
  1. Dry pickle slices first.
  2. Mix almond flour, cauli crunch, and seasonings together in a bowl.  In a separate bowl crack your egg and scramble it for egg wash.
  3. Coat your pickle slices with egg wash then coat with Cauli crunch mixture and repeat with each slice.
  4. Bake at 425 for 6 minutes flipping halfway through.
  5. Air fry at 350 for 6 minutes turning halfway through.
