Parmesan Cauli Crunch Pork Chops

  • Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 cup Italian Cauli Crunch
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. First mix together Cauli Crunch and Parmesan on a shallow plate.  Next coat pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. After pork chops are covered with sour cream transfer them to plate with the Cauli Crunch Parmesan mixture and coat with the mixture on both sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat with olive oil.  Once hot add your pork chops and cook roughly 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. Enjoy!
