– preheat oven to 350
– artichoke hearts should be drained and pat dried with paper towels.
– take a large flat baking pan and cover with parchment paper, and spray with cooking oil.
– in a bowl mix 7 Spice Cauli Crunch with the shredded parmesan
– crack the two eggs into a bowl and whip them until scrambled.
place artichokes into the whipped egg bowl and let them soak in the egg for about 5 minutes. Afterwards take each artichoke one by one and roll them around in the Cauli Crunch mix, then place them onto the flat baking pan. For extra crunch spray the artichokes with cooking oil, place pan into oven and bake for 15 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and place onto a serving plate
