Crunchy Cauliflower Wings

Crunchy, chewy and delicious, have them as a snack or as an appetizer.

ingredients
  • 1/2 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • oil spray or oil
  • 1/4 cup brown rice flour or almond meal
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 t milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Cauli Crunch (7 Spice/Original)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce
  • 1-4 tsp oil or butter spread
preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Line a large baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Spray florets with oil spray or toss with a little oil.
  4. Place in either a very large bowl or a large ziploc bag.
  5. Toss with the flour and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  6. Add the milk of choice and then Cauli Crunch to the cauliflower, and coat.
  7. Arrange in one layer in the baking pan. Bake on the center rack 25 minutes. Combine the oil or melted butter spread with the buffalo sauce.
  8. Dip cauliflower in sauce. Bake another 15 minutes. After this time, broil for up to 5 minutes, watching so it does not burn.
  9. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
