Caramel Apple Crumble

  • 4 cups tart apples, pears, or stone fruit , diced
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup cauli crunch
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • ¼ t salt
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Spray bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  3. In large bowl, toss apples, almond butter and caramel sauce. Spread apples in pan.
  4. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until well mixed; sprinkle over apples.
  5. Bake about 40 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender
    when pierced with a fork.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream.
