Salmon Filet Crunch

  • 2 salmon fillets (6oz each)
  • 2 tsps teaspoons of avocado, Grapeseed or canola oil. Or a spray oil of your choice (not olive oil)
  • 2/3 of a cup of Cauli Crunch (taste of Italy)
  • season with salt and coarse black pepper to your liking
  • lemon wedges
  1. Rub or spray each fillet with oil. Add a nice layer of Cauli Crunch until Salmon is completely covered. Sprinkle salt and pepper to desired level.
  2. Place fillets in the basket of the air fryer. Set air fryer at 350 degrees for 14 minutes for 1-1/2-inch fillets.
  3. When timer goes off, open basket and check fillets with a fork to make sure they are done to your desired doneness. Squeeze lemon wedges and serve.
