Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Blossom

  • 1 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T Italian seasoning
  • 1 t paprika
  • 1 t salt
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 1 cup Italian Cauli Crunch
  • 1 large head cauliflower, leaves and internal stem removed but kept whole
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Melt vegan butter and add garlic and seasoning
  3. Brush melted vegan butter mixture completely coating whole cauliflower.
  4. Coat entire cauliflower with Cauli Crunch
  5. Lightly spray with olive or or avocado oil spray
  6. Bake 35-40 minutes
  7. Turn up heat to 400 F and brown cauliflower for 5 minutes, watching to not burn breading.
  8. Slice and serve
